What happens when the government changes the rules and enforces ceiling cleaning? Then you may have to pay 30 cents a sq ft every quarter?
In five years actual costs could add up to $5 a sq. ft Vs the cost of installing our tile one time. After you pay for the tile and installation you could save 50% and then every year afterward as much as $2 a sq ft. In ten years that could be $20 a square foot and our tile should still be good for the next 10, 20, or more years.
