We have been in the ceiling cleaning and installation business in the past and got out to sell this product because we see it to be the one true solution to your ceiling needs. As one who had been in the business of maintaining or building out ceilings I got tired of seeing the waste in ceiling costs due to having to constantly replace tiles due to water damage, damage caused by a/c or electrical people working above a suspended ceiling. The potential health hazards due to mold and bacteria growth, on top of tiles. From the customer’s side looked clean but had enough water damage on top to grow mold.

BACTERIA
Most Ceiling tiles used in drop ceilings can and do grow bacteria once they are wet, so water damage from leaking pipes, roof leaks, condensation from pipes or a/c or trying to clean with soap and water can start the mold and bacteria growth.

Bacteria are the most ancient life forms Most bacteria are so small that under
a light microscope you can only see them as little dots. Some groups however
grow to larger sizes and have spectacular shapes.
Strep throat, cholera, pneumonia, whooping cough, these diseases, and more, are often the only things bacteria get credit for doing. They reproduce at an extremely fast rate, and not all bacteria are bad, but those growing in ceiling tiles can be some of the worse.
Since our tiles cannot be water damaged they cannot grow mold or bacteria. Our tiles are 100% waterproof, resistant to mold, mildew and bacteria.
Above you see first a tile with mold and bacteria growth from the top side of the tile that most never see, then a tile with water damage from the side that most do see and then another ceiling with water damaged tiles.
